The return period in our online store is 14 days from receipt of the order.

Below we inform you how to proceed in each case:
1. Wrong product
In the event that we have made a mistake in sending the product to your email, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to return it to us. Please contact our customer service at the email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Product does not meet your expectations
If you receive the product and it does not meet what you were looking for, do not worry, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. To do this, you only have to contact NUMA SIGNATURE by any of the available means.

3. Cancellation policies
The reservation will become effective once 50% of the total amount has been received as a deposit. The remaining 50% must be paid 30 days before the start date of the stay. In the case of reservations made less than 30 days in advance, the full amount must be paid to confirm the reservation.
- For cancellations made at least 30 days before the start date of the stay: the deposit amount will be refunded.
- For cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the start date of the stay: 50% of the reservation amount will be charged.
- For cancellations made less than 15 days before the start date of the stay: 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
